The Founder: Marisa Camargo
Marisa is an international lawyer and sustainability expert with over 20 years of experience. She has worked in more than 30 countries for both private and public sector clients. Marisa holds a Masters in Laws (LL.M.), and a Masters in Sustainability from Yale University, which solidifies her knowledge and understanding of both legal and sustainable practices.
She has been involved in over 80 assignments focused on sustainability topics such as sustainable finance and investing, corporate sustainability and responsible business practices, circular economy and sustainable consumption, environmental justice and social equity, climate change mitigation and removals, conservation, land use change, renewable energy, and more.
Marisa possesses strong analytical, persuasive and communication skills. Clients often appreciate her ability to navigate through complex legal frameworks and rapidly evolving sustainability topics, while effectively summarising key messages for various audiences, whether they be local communities or a board of directors.
